Wembdon St George’s Church School Brantwood Road Wembdon, Bridgwater Somerset, TA6 7PS Teaching Assistant Maternity cover from January 2026 Monday – Friday 8.50-3.30 - Term time only Salary range BWMAT C £26,427 - £26,847 FTE) Actual Salary £18,834 - £19,134 The children, staff and governors are looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant for maternity cover from January 2027 We are looking for:- An enthusiastic, creative and reflective TA, with high expectations pupils and themselves The ability to work collaboratively with all members of the school team and wider community A good understanding of how to identify and meet individual learning needs within the classroom context.
