What you will do:

• Engage in direct work and constructive dialogue with children and families, supporting them to focus on the child’s needs throughout proceedings.
• Prepare detailed reports and analyses, demonstrating sound judgement in complex cases for the court's consideration.
• Utilise strong communication and negotiation skills to manage sensitive situations, often under high-pressure conditions.
