Job Description

Executive Assistant to CEO & Founders | AI Scale-Up | Soho, London £70,000–£90,000 + equity (flexible for an outstanding candidate) | Permanent Equity, premium wellness & gym membership, unlimited holiday, all meals provided This is a rare opportunity for a high-potential Executive Assistant to work directly with the founders of a fast-growing AI business, become its first dedicated EA and help shape how the company operates as it scales. But this isn't a conventional EA role. It's fast, intense and full of opportunity. You'll be trusted to make decisions, work things out and keep three founders operating at their best — with particular responsibility for the CEO. The opportunity The business is building AI technology for major global enterprises and growing rapidly. Its founders have ambitious plans and demanding schedules. You'll be at the centre of the action, working closely with the CEO and two co-founders across London, New York and Europe. You'll protect their time, anticipate what matters and build processes as you go. There's no established playbook to follow — you'll help create it. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who has already demonstrated outstanding EA capability and is ready to step up, take ownership and grow with an ambitious company. What you'll do Own complex, fast-moving founder diaries and make intelligent decisions about priorities. Manage inboxes, triage communications and draft correspondence with excellent judgement. Coordinate meetings with major customers, investors and partners, ensuring everything is prepared and followed through. Arrange international travel and manage changes across time zones. Support board and investor meetings, including scheduling, preparation and follow-up. Represent the founders professionally with internal and external stakeholders. Spot problems, improve processes and make things happen without waiting to be asked. Work closely with the Office Manager and wider team as the business grows. Who we're looking for We're looking for someone with real potential, exceptional ability and the energy to operate at a different level. You'll have relevant EA experience and have already supported a founder, CEO or senior executive in a demanding environment. Experience in a technology business or scale-up is particularly attractive, especially if you've experienced rapid growth. More important than ticking every box, you'll be: Experience in a high-growth technology environment is particularly attractive. Exceptionally bright, organised and detail-oriented, with the judgement to prioritise what genuinely matters. Exposure to board or investor meetings is useful, but we won't rule out an outstanding candidate who has the ability to learn quickly. Proactive and resourceful — you see what needs doing and get on with it. Confident communicating with senior stakeholders and able to challenge a founder constructively. Comfortable with ambiguity, rapid change and making decisions without constant direction. Engaging, polished, resilient and able to hold your own. A degree is preferred but not essential. The package and working environment The team works hard, moves quickly and collaborates closely. The office is based in Soho, and the role is five days a week in person. If you're a standout EA who wants more responsibility, a serious package and the chance to make a real impact at a company with huge ambition, this could be the move that accelerates your career. £70,000–£90,000 base salary, with flexibility for an exceptional candidate. Compelling equity package. Unlimited annual leave. Breakfast, lunch and dinner provided. Premium wellness and gym membership. Private health and dental insurance.
