We are looking for an excellent Key Stage 1/2 Teaching Assistant who: Has excellent inclusive practice and is able to support children with complex SEND needs including 1 to 1 support ·Demonstrate evidence of working successfully with children with additional needs Is highly organised, flexible and self reliant Shows commitment to the enrichment of the curriculum and collaboration with the local community. Has excellent communication and IT skills to engage effectively with pupils, parents and carers, governors, staff and the wider community. Is a great team player who can work closely with staff and children across the school and across the Trust
