Location: Penge, London (Hybrid Working) Contract: Temporary Contract until March 2027 Hours: Full-Time Rate: £22.03 per hour PAYE or £27.10 per hour Umbrella The Opportunity We are currently recruiting for a Tenancy Specialist to join a busy housing team based in Penge, London , on a long-term contract through to March 2027 . This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced housing professional to play a vital role in delivering high-quality tenancy management services, supporting residents, sustaining tenancies and resolving complex housing management issues. Working on a hybrid basis, you will manage a designated caseload while working closely with residents, colleagues and external agencies to ensure positive outcomes are achieved. Key Responsibilities Manage a varied caseload of tenancy management matters. Support residents to sustain their tenancies and access appropriate services. Investigate tenancy breaches and implement appropriate interventions. Manage safeguarding and complex vulnerability cases. Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders. Ensure compliance with housing policies and procedures. Maintain accurate case records and reports. Deliver excellent customer-focused housing services. Essential Requirements Previous experience within tenancy management, housing management or neighbourhood services. Sound understanding of housing legislation and tenancy management principles. Experience dealing with complex resident cases and tenancy breaches. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities. Good IT skills and experience using housing management systems. Ability to work independently and effectively prioritise workloads. What's on Offer?
