Performance Objectives As a Management Trainee, your key responsibilities will include: Supporting experienced members of the management team with the day-to-day coordination and delivery of construction projects Gaining practical experience across various areas of the business, including site management, quantity surveying, estimating and project management Assisting with the planning, organisation and coordination of construction activities Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants and internal project teams Supporting the preparation and management of project documentation, reports and progress updates Assisting with the monitoring of project programme
