Working alongside an experienced management team, you will play an integral role in the commercial management of a diverse portfolio of projects, ensuring they are delivered successfully and profitably. The role would suit a commercially astute and proactive Quantity Surveyor who is confident managing multiple projects simultaneously and has a strong understanding of the commercial processes involved in construction. Performance Objectives As a Quantity Surveyor, your key responsibilities will include: Taking responsibility for the commercial management of multiple construction projects from procurement through to final account Managing subcontractor procurement, including preparing tender packages, evaluating quotations and negotiating subcontract agreements Preparing, submitting and managing interim valuations, variations and final accounts Monitoring project costs, budgets and financial performance to ensure commercial objectives are achieved Preparing accurate cost reports, forecasts and cash flow projec
