Customer Service Advisor | Abingdon | 37.50 hours per week Your new company You will be joining a well-established organisation operating within the life sciences sector, supporting customers and researchers across an innovative and purpose-driven industry. Your new role As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be a key point of contact for customers throughout their journey, from initial enquiries and order placement through to after-sales support. You will handle enquiries via telephone, email and live chat, process sales orders, prepare quotations and proformas, manage returns and new account creation, and resolve general order queries and non-technical complaints. You will also maintain accurate customer records and work closely with internal sales teams to ensure customers receive a consistently high level of service. What you'll need to succeed You will be a confident and personable communicator with excellent attention to detail and a strong customer-service mindset. Previous experience within a customer-focused environment is required, alongside good IT skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Fluency in any of the following languages will allow you to be considered for this role – Czech, Polish, German, French or Spanish. Importantly, you do not need a scientific background to be considered for this opportunity.
