Job Title: Technical Specialist Architect Location: Remote Duration: 05 months contract initially Rate: £537 per day MUST BE PAYE THROUGH UMBRELLA Summary: The purpose of this engagement is to establish a clear and agreed understanding of the IT Service Continuity (ITSC) requirements for services listed on the Critical Business Services (CBS) inventory and to assess whether current technical architectures and service/support arrangements meet those requirements. TOR This Statement of Work covers assessment and analysis activities only and is intended to inform subsequent remediation and improvement activity, which is out of scope for this engagement. Phase 1 - Confirmation of Business ITSC Requirements Objective: To gain a clear, validated view of the business ITSC requirements for all in scope CBS services. Activities include: Review of existing ITSC tiering assigned to CBS services. Engagement with internal business stakeholders and Arm's Length Bodies (ALBs) to confirm actual business continuity and recovery requirements. Reconciliation of discrepancies between: ocurrent documented service tiering, oService Operations Guide (SOG) records, and oServiceNow ( SNoW ) data. Completion of a structured gap analysis between: ocurrent recorded ITSC tiering, and oconfirmed business requirements. Deliverables: Documented confirmation of agreed ITSC tiering requirements for each in scope CBS service. Gap analysis identifying differences between current documented tiering and confirmed business requirements. Phase 2 - Assessment of Current Technical and Service Position Objective: To assess whether prioritised (including red rated) CBS services currently meet their confirmed ITSC requirements.
