School Cleaner

At Oasis Academy Limeside, we know that a clean and safe environment is essential for learning and wellbeing. We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking Cleaning Operative to join our team and help us keep our Academy spotless, welcoming, and ready for success every day. Hours per week - 10 2 hours per day either 6-8am or  1530 - 1730 Your Responsibilities Clean classrooms, corridors, toilets, changing rooms, offices, and communal areas to a high standard. Respond promptly to urgent cleaning requests and carry out emergency cleaning when required. Follow health and safety regulations and infection control procedures. Operate cleaning equipment safely and store materials securely. Assist with deep cleaning during school holiday periods. What We’re Looking For Essential: Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good organisational and communication skills. Physically fit for tasks involving lifting and standing. Commitment to safeguarding and maintaining professional boundaries with children. Desirable: Previous cleaning experience, ideally in a school or similar setting. Knowledge of Health & Safety practices.
