As we continue to invest in our people and capability, we're looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Learning & Development Specialist to join our team on an 18-month fixed-term contract. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering and enhancing learning programmes that make a real difference across our business. From supporting aspiring leaders through our Black Hat Development Programme, to helping develop our future talent and technical specialists, you'll be instrumental in creating engaging learning experiences that build skills, confidence and performance. About the Role: Working closely with the L&D Manager, operational leaders and subject matter experts, you'll support the design, coordination, delivery and continuous improvement of learning initiatives across the business. You'll have the opportunity to work across a diverse range of programmes and projects while helping us embed new learning technologies, including the implementation and adoption of our Learning Management System (LMS). This role offers a fantastic mix of learning design, facilitation, stakeholder engagement, programme coordination and project support.
