Operations & Executive Assistant Start up - Executive Search Firm | £35,000–£50,000 | London Location: Central London Working pattern: Four days in the office Hours: 8:30/9:00am – 5:30pm The Opportunity An exciting opportunity for a bright, degree-educated and ambitious individual to join a growing executive search start-up in a varied Operations & Executive Assistant role. Working directly with the founder, you'll play a pivotal role in building the business from the ground up, taking ownership of day-to-day operations and helping establish the systems and processes needed for future growth. This is an ideal opportunity for a proactive self-starter who enjoys variety, thrives on responsibility and wants to grow with a business. With ambitious expansion plans, there is real potential for the role to develop into a senior operational position, potentially at COO level. Key Responsibilities Managing day-to-day business operations and office administration. Providing diary management and travel coordination for the founder. Building systems and processes from scratch. Supporting financial administration, events and internal coordination. Anticipating needs, solving problems and taking ownership of projects. Helping shape the business as it grows. About You You'll be bright, personable, exceptionally organised and naturally proactive, with a genuine can-do attitude. Degree-educated, with strong academic credentials. Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to manage competing priorities. Entrepreneurial, resourceful and comfortable working in a fast-paced start-up. Confident using your initiative without needing constant direction. Hardworking, resilient and happy to roll up your sleeves. Professional, polished and confident working closely with a founder. Ideally experienced in a service-led environment, with a distinctive personal interest or talent that demonstrates commitment and drive.
