BIM Designer Salary: Circa 30,000 + progression opportunities Sector: Fit-Out / Interiors / Architectural Design The Role An opportunity for a BIM Designer to join a growing business, producing and managing BIM models and technical drawings across a range of projects. Working closely with project and site teams, you will be involved throughout the design process, from initial coordination through to installation. Key Responsibilities Producing and managing BIM models and coordinated technical drawings. Preparing setting-out and installation drawings for project delivery. Coordinating design details with clients, architects and main contractors. Working closely with project and site teams to ensure designs are suitable for installation. Taking ownership of assigned design packages and maintaining accuracy throughout. Requirements Background in BIM, architectural design, interior design or fit-out. Experience producing detailed interior design packages and technical drawings. Archicad experience preferred, although experience with other BIM platforms will be considered. Experience with internal stone finishes, including cladding, flooring, vanities or bespoke stone elements, would be advantageous. Strong attention to detail, organisation and communication skills. Ability to work independently, manage workloads and liaise with the wider project team. What's on Offer Salary circa 30,000. Genuine progression opportunities as the business continues to grow.
