A bit about you If you are seeking an opportunity as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, who is looking for variety and technically challenging projects in infrastructure. A bit about the role We are looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to become a part of our team, based in our Liverpool office; working on and supporting project delivery across a variety of infrastructure sectors. The successful candidate will be interested in delivering post contract cost management services in a Design & Build environment. A developing skillset and experience in client-facing and contractor communication are essential. The successful applicant will become part of a of a client-side team, supporting the delivery of projects, and will be supported from Senior Quantity Surveyors, Project Director and other team members. Your skills and experience We re looking for someone with the following skills and experience to join our team: Quantity Surveying and Cost Management experience on projects in the infrastructure sector Must have the ability to measure, price and assess variations An understanding of estimates, budgets, and feasibility studies An understanding of procurement, tender analysis, and contract award processes Experience in managing or supporting post-tender activities including variations, Compensation Events (NEC), and final accounts (depen
