EA to Co-Founders |€80,000 - €120,000 | Hybrid working | Central Paris Tiger is delighted to be working with an a fast-growing tech start-up based in the heart of Paris. The business is based across both London and Paris and has impressively just emerged from Stealth mode. This role is in place to support two Co-founders in a business and private capacity. This is a high-trust, high-visibility position for someone who thrives on autonomy, anticipates needs before they are voiced, and is comfortable working at the heart of a growing company. You will be the right hand to both founders, keeping their professional and personal lives running seamlessly while helping the business scale. Key Responsibilities Business support Manage complex diaries for two busy founders, coordinating meetings, calls and travel across time zones Handle inbox management and screen correspondence, flagging priorities Plan and book international travel, including detailed itineraries and visas Prepare meeting materials, briefing notes and presentations Act as the first point of contact for investors, partners, advisors and key stakeholders Coordinate board, investor and leadership meetings, including logistics and follow-up actions Process expenses and liaise with finance, legal and operations teams Support special projects and take on ad hoc tasks as the business evolves Private support Manage personal diaries, appointments and commitments Coordinate household matters Handle personal administration, including paperwork, subscriptions, insurance and renewals Manage personal errands, gifting and reservations Treat all personal and financial matters with absolute discretion About you Proven experience supporting C-suite or founders in private equity, venture capital, hedge fund or wider financial services Highly precise, with exceptional attention to detail and a strong execution focus Direct, proactive and resilient, with a low-maintenance, no-nonsense approach High EQ, with sound judgement and total discretion Comfortable with a demanding travel schedule and flexible hours Looking for a long-term partnership with a founder, not a stepping stone REF: JRM/217994 Tiger is B Corp Certified.
