Part-Time Business Development Executive – School Hours Available Location: Reading – Office Based Hours: Part-time, flexible hours to suit school commitments Salary: Competitive basic salary (pro rata) + bonus Looking for a part-time role that fits around family life? What you'll be doing: Making outbound calls to businesses and introducing our recruitment services. Building relationships with potential clients. Identifying companies with current or upcoming recruitment requirements. Following up with existing contacts and generating new business opportunities. Arranging meetings and calls for our recruitment consultants. Keeping our CRM system updated. What we're looking for: Someone confident, friendly and comfortable speaking to people on the phone. Previous experience in sales, telesales, recruitment or business development would be beneficial. A positive attitude and willingness to learn. Good communication and organisational skills. Someone proactive who enjoys building relationships. Recruitment experience is not essential – full training will be provided.
