We are supporting an international engineering consultancy seeking a senior Technical Assessor / Auditor – Operation & Maintenance for an upcoming railway assignment in the Philippines.
The position requires a highly experienced railway O&M professional with a background in independent technical assurance, verification, validation and/or technical audit activities, alongside knowledge of Japanese railway system standards.
- Relevant engineering degree
- Minimum 15 years' overall professional experience
- Minimum 7 years' railway experience
- Professional qualification recognised in the Philippines or by an internationally recognised professional/accreditation body
- Lead O&M role on at least two similar railway projects/contracts
- Experience in independent technical assurance, verification, validation or independent technical audit
- Railway interoperability experience
- Experience applying Japanese railway system standards
