Description LOCATION: The Sidings, Waterloo, SE1 7BH SHIFT PATTERN: 4 ON 4 OFF, Various shifts, including days, nights, and weekends. We’re here to help! Customer Service: Interact with visitors and clients, providing a friendly, professional, and helpful service. Perform regular site patrols, monitor and control unauthorised access, and manage emergencies as per site policies. Communication: Work closely with the ABM Duty management team, ensuring that incidents are reported and managed efficiently. Record Keeping: Log incidents, emergencies, and non-conformances accurately. Teamwork: Collaborate with Environmental Services and other teams to provide unified service. Required Skills and Experience Licensing: Must hold an SIA License (Door supervisor’s license minimum) First Aid certification A CCTV license is desirable. Key Attributes: Strong communication skills, professional, friendly, proactive, and a team player. Motivation: Ability to take ownership of tasks and deliver them with high standards.
