Lunchtime Supervisor

We are seeking a Lunchtime Supervisor who is friendly, reliable, and committed to helping children feel safe and happy during their lunch breaks. This role is vital to supporting pupils' social development and maintaining a positive, respectful atmosphere throughout the lunchtime period. We are looking for a Lunchtime Supervisor who: Enjoys working with children and being part of a team Has a calm, caring, and approachable manner Is reliable, punctual and able to use initiative Understands the importance of safeguarding and child well-being Previous experience in a school or childcare setting is helpful, but not essential Key Responsibilities: Supervise children during lunch in the dining hall and playground Encourage good manners, healthy eating and positive behaviour Ensure children are safe, engaged and included in play activities Assist with basic first aid and resolving minor issues or disagreements Help maintain cleanliness and tidiness in lunch areas Our School can offer you: A friendly, welcoming and Catholic ethos in which to work A supportive and caring team that work collaboratively An opportunity to contribute to the lives of our pupils and enable them to have continued success
