Installation Team Leader Do you have great team leadership and communication skills, with a practical background and mechanical and technical mindset? As our Installation Team Leader , the successful candidate will manage a team who will be involved in the recycling of raw materials from Waste to Energy Plant Incinerator Bottom Ash and be on the ground managing our processing installations, machinery, transport and personnel. We seek someone who has strong leadership and great communication skills, a practical background with a mechanical and technical mindset and a hands-on approach. This role would suit an individual who has worked in the construction, building, mining or recycling sector where they have been responsible for production/plant equipment and personnel. Duties include Being responsible for both the operational personnel and equipment in your team on a day to day basis Achieving set production targets, based on quality and tonnage requirements Ensuring a clean and safe working environment, adhering to required Health and Safety compliance Travel to main workplace and regular travel to other work sites inc. overnight stays.
