£25,179 - £26,320 (pro rata per annum) FTE : Minimum 100 guaranteed hours Term : Open Closing date : 28 October 2026 The University of Strathclyde is looking to employ several Sport Attendants on a minimum of 100 guaranteed hours per year contract to join the existing Operational team at Strathclyde Sport. This is a varied role and you will be required to deliver a high quality and excellent customer experience for all users. You will possess an ability to work on your own initiative and have a commitment to working within a team. Your main duties include swimming pool lifeguarding, setting up and down of sports and class equipment and working on reception using a Leisure Management System (Gladstone) dealing with day to day enquiries, bookings and memberships. As part of the team you will help ensure a safe, secure and clean environment for the users. All candidates must have a valid and current RLSS or STA Pool Lifeguard Qualification. Hours offered will be between 6.30am to 10.30pm Monday to Friday and 8.30am to 6.30pm and will be line managed by a Duty Manager.
