You will have the ability to effectively support learning and teaching, and to develop relationships across our school and the Star community. Starbank - Bierton Road (Primary) is looking for an exceptional Early Years Practitioner with a strong understanding of the EYFS Framework to work alongside the class teacher to deliver an ambitious Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum through purposeful play, high-quality interactions and strong routines. You will have: Level 3 Early Years qualification recognised by the Department for Education (e.g. Level 3 NVQ in Children's Care, Learning and Development). Experience of working with children aged 3–5 years. Experience within a Nursery or Early Years setting. Strong understanding of child development from ages 3–5 years. Good knowledge of the EYFS Framework and Development Matters guidance.
