Hays Education is recruiting ECT Primary Teachers for day-to-day, short-term and long-term teaching opportunities across the Wirral. Your new role Working as an ECT through Hays gives you the opportunity to gain valuable classroom experience while discovering the type of school and environment that suits you best. We work with a range of primary schools across Wirral, from smaller community schools to larger multi-form entry settings, with opportunities across EYFS, KS1 and KS2. You can choose the days you’re available and the type of work you want, with no minimum number of days required. Opportunities can include: Day-to-day supply teaching Short-term cover Long-term teaching positions Full-time and part-time roles EYFS, KS1 and KS2 opportunities Potential permanent opportunities What you'll need to succeed To register with Hays Education, you will need to: Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be due to achieve QTS Have recent and relevant classroom experience that can be referenced Be confident, adaptable and enthusiastic about working in different school environments Build positive relationships with pupils and school staff Have strong classroom management and communication skills Be passionate about developing your career within primary education What you'll get in return When you register with Hays Education Wirral, you’ll have a dedicated education recruitment consultant supporting you in finding opportunities that match your experience, availability and career goals.
