Family Assessment Worker Coventry (CV3) £14.00 per hour Temp to Perm Nights | 20 or 30 Hours per Week + Overtime We are recruiting a Family Assessment Worker to support families within a residential assessment service in Coventry. You will observe parenting capacity, monitor family interactions, complete detailed reports, and contribute to safeguarding and child protection assessments. Responsibilities Observe and assess parenting abilities Monitor child care routines and family interactions Complete detailed observation records and reports Support families to develop positive parenting skills Follow safeguarding and child protection procedures Work as part of a multidisciplinary team Requirements Experience in family support, safeguarding, child protection, or residential care Strong observation and report-writing skills Ability to produce factual, professional records Flexible to work night shifts, including lone working Good understanding of safeguarding practices What We Offer £14.00 per hour Temp-to-perm opportunity Regular overtime available Structured induction and training Supportive team environment Apply today to join a specialist service helping improve outcomes for children and families.
