We wish to appoint a colleague to this post who has: A strong background in Art & Photography, ideally including experience of teaching to KS5. A passion for teaching, and a track record as a highly effective classroom practitioner The ability to inspire and motivate students and colleagues to achieve their best Highly effective interpersonal, communication, management and leadership skills A commitment to professional development A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
