Workshop Technician Wickford, Essex Monday-Friday | 8:00am-5:00pm | 40 Hours Per Week Are you practical, organised, and hands-on? We're looking for a Workshop Technician to join our Wickford team, supporting the maintenance, preparation, and dispatch of two-way radio equipment. Key Responsibilities Maintain, test, and prepare hire radio equipment. Receive, inspect, and book in returned equipment. Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders. Carry out stock checks and support inventory management. Coordinate deliveries with drivers and couriers. Process delivery paperwork and track shipments. Respond to enquiries regarding orders, deliveries, and stock. Work closely with warehouse, logistics, and sales teams to ensure excellent customer service. About You Experience in a warehouse, logistics, workshop, or similar environment. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Good computer skills. A positive, reliable, and proactive attitude. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with two-way radios, electronics, or similar equipment would be beneficial but is not essential, as training can be provided.
