Key Responsibilities Manage all commercial and contractual aspects of multiple live projects from pre-construction through to final account. Oversee up to 2-3 projects simultaneously, ensuring strong commercial performance throughout. Prepare and present accurate cost reports, valuations, forecasts, and financial updates. Procure, appoint, and manage subcontractor packages. Monitor project costs and identify opportunities to maximise profitability. Administer contracts and ensure compliance with commercial procedures. Assess and process subcontractor applications and payments. Manage variations, change control, and risk throughout the project lifecycle. Liaise with project teams, clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure successful project delivery.
