FREELANCE QUANTITY SURVEYOR Civil Engineering & Groundworks packages Southall, West London 18 months work (phase 1) then 18 months work (phase 2) OUTSIDE IR35 - RATES 400 - 500 depending on experience Start Early November 2026 Freelance Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor needed to manage the cost controsl and reporting on a large groundworks and civil engineering package for 3 new data centres for Microsoft in Southall, West London starting in November 2026 for possibly 3 years. Start date : Early November 2026 Duration: 18 months minimum Rates: 400- 500 per day Company Profile: A well respected civil engineering and groundworks business with very strong repeat business relationships. Working on commercial groundworks packages throughout the UK on Data Centres, Distribution Hubs, and Waste to energy Projects Works in clude: Bulk excavation Ground remediation Piling mats and piling, pile caps etc Ground beams and floor slabs Foundations Specialist tanking installation Retaining walls & Substructures Reinforced concrete sub-structures External works and hard / soft landscaping Rewards 18 months - 36 months Freelance assignment Day rates 400 - 500per day Outside IR35
