Are you a proactive, warm, and highly experienced nanny looking for your next long-term role with a wonderful family? We are a loving, active, and welcoming family of four who recently moved to the Ealing Common (W3) area, and we are looking for an exceptional nanny to join our family! Both parents work full-time, so we are seeking an energetic go-getter—someone mature, punctual, independent, and capable of taking charge and solving problems on the fly with a warm smile. Meet the Kids! The 2-Year-Old: Full of curiosity and energy! You’ll have the day to explore parks, play, and engage in fun learning activities together. (Note: She will be starting nursery in April, opening up time during the day for light nursery duties and meal prep) The 6-Year-Old: A sweet and lively school-aged girl who will need to be collected from her school in Chiswick every afternoon and supported with her post-school routine. What You’ll Be Doing: Engaging Childcare: Bringing fun, creativity, and structure to our 2-year-old’s daily schedule, and giving both girls a warm, supportive evening routine. School Run: Daily afternoon pick-up from Chiswick for our 6-year-old. Support & Prep: Healthy meal preparation and cooking for the children, along with light housekeeping and keeping child-related spaces organized (especially while the kids are at nursery/school). Smooth Daily Flow: Taking initiative to keep the children’s schedules, gear, and routines running seamlessly. Our Dream Candidate: Experienced & Self-Reliant: Years of professional nannying experience under your belt with excellent references. You are mature, proactive, and confident managing a busy household routine independently. A Positive Go-Getter: Enthusiastic, dependable, and super reliable with a real passion for working with kids Punctual & Professional: Great time-management skills to ensure school runs and daily routines go off without a hitch.
