What you will do:

• Manage and oversee a caseload of clients, providing tailored keyworking sessions geared towards their individual recovery goals.

• Perform comprehensive assessments and create detailed care plans for those struggling with substance misuse, ensuring consistent support and guidance.

Requirements:

• Possess an enhanced DBS on the Update Service to ensure client safety and compliance.

• Demonstrated experience and success in working with substance misuse, including drugs and alcohol.

• Strong ability to manage a varied caseload, with exceptional keyworking and interpersonal skills.

• Deep understanding of harm reduction principles and effective recovery models.
