Site Supervisor Fit Out Location: Glasgow Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience We are seeking a hands-on Site Supervisor to oversee a fast-track fit-out project valued at approximately £500,000 £600,000. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Supervisor with a joinery background who enjoys being actively involved on site, leading from the front and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, coordinating trades and subcontractors, maintaining programme deadlines and taking a proactive approach to resolving issues as they arise. Key Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day site activities on a fast-track fit-out project. Take a hands-on approach to site management, with a particular focus on quality workmanship and progress. Coordinate subcontractors, trades and deliveries to ensure the project runs smoothly. Monitor programme deadlines and ensure works are completed on schedule. Maintain high standards of health and safety across the site. Carry out quality checks and ensure works meet the required specifications. Liaise with the Project Manager, subcontractors and other key stakeholders. Identify and resolve site issues quickly to minimise delays and disruption. The Ideal Candidate Previous experience working as a Site Supervisor within fit-out or refurbishment projects. A joinery background or trade qualification would be highly advantageous. Experience delivering fast-track projects in the region of £500k £600k. A practical, hands-on approach with the ability to lead by example. Strong organisational and communication skills. The ability to coordinate multiple trades and maintain momentum on site. A strong commitment to health and safety, quality and programme delivery.
