We're looking for an experienced Site Agent to join our growing Energy business, supporting the successful delivery of major National Grid transmission and substation projects across the UK. As a Site Agent, you will take ownership of the safe, efficient and commercially successful delivery of a major section of works, multiple work packages or a principal construction operation within a substation environment. You'll provide visible leadership on site, coordinating engineering, construction, supply chain and quality teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest standards. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in delivering critical energy infrastructure projects that will support the UK's transition to a more sustainable future. About you You'll be a proactive and confident construction leader with a strong background in large-scale civil engineering or energy infrastructure projects. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy solving complex challenges and can motivate teams to deliver exceptional results. A degree, HNC or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline. Significant experience as a Site Agent, Agent or senior delivery professional on major infrastructure or energy projects. Experience working within live 275kV or 400kV substation environments. Knowledge of National Grid safety rules and assurance frameworks. Professional membership with ICE, CIOB or APM. Temporary Works Coordinator and/or Appointed Person competence. IOSH or NEBOS
