Are you a Building Surveyor with experience in building inspections, condition surveys and refurbishment projects, alongside some Contract Administration or Project Management experience? In this role, you will undertake a range of Building Surveying duties, including property inspections, condition surveys, defect diagnosis and preparing specifications for refurbishment and maintenance works. You will also support the Contract Administration and Project Management of construction projects, working closely with clients, consultants and contractors to ensure successful delivery.
