Are you an experienced Site Supervisor who thrives in a fast-paced project environment? Our client is a well-established specialist contractor delivering large-scale installation and fit-out projects across commercial and industrial sites throughout the UK. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a proactive and hands-on Site Supervisor to oversee projects from mobilisation through to successful completion. This role is ideal for someone with strong site leadership experience, excellent health & safety knowledge, and a proven ability to manage site teams while maintaining high standards of quality, compliance, and customer service. Location: Ashford, Kent but covering the UK Salary: 35,000 Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 to 17:00, including a 30-minute lunch break. Overtime paid before 8:00 and after 17:00h with the potential to earn an additional 3- 5k in overtime. Our client offers great Benefits: Enjoy 23 days of annual leave plus bank holidays.
