Your New Role As an Early Years Practitioner, you will: ✅ Support children aged 0–5 with their learning and development ✅ Create a fun, safe, and engaging environment that sparks curiosity and creativity ✅ Plan and deliver exciting activities in line with the EYFS framework ✅ Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues ✅ Observe, assess, and record children's progress ✅ Promote children's wellbeing, independence, and confidence ✅ Support children's social, emotional, and educational development What You'll Need to Succeed ✔ Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education ✔ Sound understanding of the EYFS framework ✔ A genuine passion for supporting young children ✔ Excellent communication and teamwork skills ✔ A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach ✔ Previous experience in a nursery or Early Years setting is desirable.
