We’re recruiting for four Project Management office (PMO) Industrial Placements in London. Taking on a real job at a junior level, you'll have the opportunity to learn through hands-on experience under the guidance of highly skilled and experienced colleagues. What you'll be doing As a PMO Industrial Placement Student, you'll work alongside experienced project professionals and support the successful delivery of key programmes across the Sizewell C project. Your responsibilities may include: Supporting project planning, scheduling and reporting activities. Assisting with the preparation of project dashboards, presentations and performance reports. Monitoring project milestones, risks, issues and actions. Supporting governance meetings and tracking key decisions. Analysing project data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Working with stakeholders across multiple project teams. Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO function. Helping maintain project documentation and management systems. This placement will provide exposure to project controls, programme management, risk management, governance and business performance reporting within a major infrastructure project. Who we're looking for We're interested in students who are: Currently studying for a degree in Project Management, Programme Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain/Logistics. Looking to complete a 12-month industrial placement as part of their degree. Strong communicators who can build effective working relationships. Organised, proactive and eager to learn. Comfortable analysing information and presenting findings. Competent in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Interested in project delivery and major infrastructure programmes. Most of your learning will be on the job, supported by your mentor and the teams around you. You’ll have a chance to apply your academic training to genuine industry problems while completing modules that contribute towards your degree. Security Vetting To be appointed to this role, you will need to meet the criteria for Security Vetting.
