Location: Central London, hybrid (3 days per week in office) Contract: Temporary, until December 2026 Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week Salary: £21.92 per hour (+ £2.65 holiday pay) (circa £40,000 salaried equivalent) Start Date: ASAP Prospectus is delighted to be supporting our client, a prestigious higher education institution, in their search for a temporary Student Wellbeing Advisor . Key Responsibilities: Provide confidential advice and guidance on a range of student wellbeing matters Conduct triage conversations to assess needs and identify appropriate support pathways Signpost and refer students to internal and external support services Identify and escalate safeguarding concerns in line with established protocols Advise on disability support and reasonable adjustments in line with the Equality Act 2010 Maintain accurate and compliant records of case activity Work collaboratively with academic teams and professional services Contribute to service improvements, reporting and development of guidance materials Key Requirements: Recent, relevant experience in a similar student-facing role within a higher education organisation. High level of organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to build strong stakeholder relationships. Collaborative and proactive approach, with the capability to work both independently and in a team.
