Job Purpose We are looking for a proactive T-Level Industry Placement Coordinator to join our Work Experience team - a role at the heart of connecting students, tutors and employers to deliver outstanding, compliant T-Level industry placements. As the T Level Industry Placement Co-ordinator you will co be responsible for co ordinating the delivery of T Level Industry Placements ensuring the college is compliant with audit requirements and claims are made in accordance with mandated deadlines. You will lead on strengthening relationships with external stakeholders to ensure all students on T Levels have access to meaningful industry placements. You will also lead on strengthen relationships with Curriculum colleagues to ensure relevant paperwork, evidence collection and feedback is acquired and collated in line with college procedures using agreed college systems and returns to the Department for Education. You will support the Work Experience Manager in organising and providing advice and support to students who require a T Level Industry Placement ensuring they are fully briefed and prepared to enable them to thrive on placement. Key Duties and Responsibilities • Lead on producing reports and data regarding T Level Industry Placement compliance and completion and any areas of concern • Deliver excellent administrative and organisational support across all T-Level placement processes • Match students to the right employers and ensure all paperwork, guidance and systems are fully up to date • Work closely with teachers, students, and employers to agree objectives, complete reviews, record hours and maintain accurate records • Liaise confidently with employers, ensuring they’re fully briefed, engaged and oriented to T-Level requirements 1 • Co-ordinate due diligence checks (including H&S) and maintain accurate records across CRM and work experience systems • Track placement progress through reporting, monitoring and communication with faculty staff • Support students through drop-ins and preparation sessions to help them thrive on placement • Work collaboratively with the wider Work Experience and Business Development teams • Contribute to events, presentations and staff training to strengthen the college’s work placement offer • Demonstrate accuracy, attention to detail, and an enthusiasm for helping students succeed in real-world environments • Ensure resources and published materials are relevant and up to date on the websites, VLE and noticeboards • Plan and deliver workshops to help inform career choices and raise awareness of progression opportunities • To assist with the monitoring, evaluation and reporting on the effectiveness of the Industry Placement and work experience programme in achieving the Gatsby Benchmarks • Contribute to the areas Self-Assessment Report (SAR) and Quality Improvement Plan (QIP) General 1. To be aware of the principles of safeguarding children and young people as they apply to the role with the College. Actively promote and implement the College’s Safeguarding Policy 2. To be involved in college staff development and training schemes and participate in PDR procedures within the school 3. To adhere to the College's Single Equality Scheme with respect to staff and students and champion inclusion in all practices 4. To comply with and implement the College’s Health and Safety policy 5. To undertake any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as may be required
