Our Humanities Faculty is academically driven, innovative and dedicated to supporting excellent student outcomes. Humanities prides itself on collaborative teamwork and champions research-driven pedagogy and professional development. The Humanities Faculty are committed to accelerating excellent standards of attainment and levels of progress for all students. Humanities teaches a broad, balanced and dynamic curriculum at Key Stages 3, 4 and 5, which includes GCSE courses in Geography, History, Religious Studies and Sociology. Our comprehensive Sixth Form offer encompasses A Levels in Geography, History, Religious Studies, Sociology, and Government and Politics. The team is committed to the development of a broad programme of learning and enrichment both inside and outside the classroom. Applicants will show enthusiasm towards joining our dynamic, committed and supportive team. We welcome applications from candidates who can demonstrate the highest standards of delivery in order to raise attainment and are committed to motivating young people. The ability to deliver another Humanity with the Faculty such as, Sociology would be advantageous.
