Job Description

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a key role in helping pupils access learning, make progress, and achieve their potential. Working closely with teachers and the SEND team, you will provide high-quality support to individuals, small groups, and whole classes, adapting your approach to meet a range of learning needs. This is a flexible role, with deployment across different classes, year groups, and settings according to the academy's needs. You will help create a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment by reinforcing teaching, promoting pupil independence, supporting behaviour and wellbeing, and contributing to the implementation of individual support plans.
