Job Description Support the day-to-day coordination of finance operations processes Maintain and update data across internal systems and databases Liaise with a range of internal stakeholders to resolve queries and provide support Assist with internal audits and compliance activities Support governance and reporting processes Ensure accurate record keeping and data integrity Produce reports and analyse information using Excel and other systems Assist with process improvement initiatives and administrative projects Coordinate and monitor operational activities to ensure deadlines are met Build and maintain effective working relationships across multiple departments Provide general operational and administrative support to the wider team The Successful Applicant The successful candidate will demonstrate: Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels Previous experience in an administrative, coordination, operations or support-based role Excellent organisation and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills Confidence using Microsoft Office applications Good Excel skills (beneficial but not essential) Experience supporting audits, compliance activities or governance processes (beneficial but not essential) Experience working with systems, databases or reporting tools (beneficial) Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team Please note: Previous finance experience is not required.
