A highly accomplished and strategically minded EA is required to work in a high profile setting. The chosen candidate will need to thrives in an everchanging environment. This role is acting as a trusted partner to a high profile individual based hybrid in the London office. The candidate will take ownership of complex diary management, extensive UK and international travel coordination and the effective management of a busy inbox, including filtering correspondence, drafting responses and identifying priority matters. This role will also require maintaining and updating the CRM with key stakeholder and donor information arising from meetings, proactively managing agendas, coordinating future engagements and ensuring actions are progressed following initial discussions. The role will also involve conducting thorough research and briefing preparation ahead of donor and stakeholder meetings, alongside supporting the drafting of speeches, correspondence and other strategic communications. This position would suit an EA with a minimum of five years C-suite or high profile support with exceptional gravitas, sound judgement and strong business acumen, coupled with a keen interest in politics and an understanding of the wider political landscape. Exposure to the City and established professional networks would be highly advantageous. Salary upto £60,000 and is a hybrid opportunity based in Central London with three days in the office and two days working remotely.
