Our client, a fast-growing specialist insurance start-up, is seeking an outstanding Senior Executive Assistant to become the CEO’s trusted right hand. Working closely with the Chief of Staff, you will deliver seamless business and private support, managing complex administration, creating structure and keeping priorities moving across multiple countries and time zones. With the CEO frequently travelling, this is a highly trusted, autonomous role and a rare opportunity to build a lasting partnership at a pivotal stage of international growth. Job title: Senior Executive Assistant to CEO Location: UK-based, with regular in-person meetings in London Salary: £80,000 - £100,000+ DOE Contract: Permanent, full-time Responsibilities include: Full ownership of the CEO’s complex schedule; diary management, meetings, appointments and coordination across multiple time zones Inbox management and email prioritisation, ensuring the CEO remains responsive and focused on the highest-value priorities International travel planning and booking; preparing detailed itineraries and managing travel logistics globally Meeting management; preparation, organisation, research, action tracking and follow-up with internal and external stakeholders Client liaison and relationship support, representing the CEO with senior executives and external clients Research projects and information gathering, across multiple ongoing priorities Personal diary management, appointments and general life administration Household administration; managing rental accommodation, property-related matters, contractors and service providers Expense management and tracking, bill payments, renewals and related personal administration Lifestyle and concierge support, including restaurant reservations, tickets and entertainment arrangements Assist with ad-hoc professional and personal projects, anticipating issues and ensuring both business and personal matters run smoothly and efficiently Personal specification: Prior experience as a Private PA, Senior Executive Assistant, Family Office Assistant or providing Chief of Staff support to a CEO, founder, entrepreneur or high-net-worth individual Exceptional organisational ability, with excellent diary and inbox management skills and strong attention to detail Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with confidence liaising with senior executives and external clients Highly proactive, resourceful and dependable High level of discretion, confidentiality and good judgement Comfortable working independently with limited supervision Focused on creating order, structure and efficiency across a fast-moving professional and personal life If you are a Senior Private PA / Executive Assistant who is at the top of their game and takes genuine satisfaction from making another person’s life and business run better, this is the role for you!
