Apply for our Future Prison Leaders Programme, and we’ll assess you for the senior management role we believe you could achieve. If you’re selected, we’ll support you to reach your potential. Training, mentoring and support It’s a competitive process, but if we select you, you’ll receive a combination of training, development, encouragement, operational experience and mentoring from senior leaders. Starting the programme as a prison officer, by the end of the programme we’ll give you the opportunity to step into a senior management role in the Prison Service.
