Learning Support Assistant Scale C 4 (£26,017 per annum pro rata) Actual salary £19,569 32.5 hours per week Term time plus one week Start Date: ASAP We need a passionate and determined Learning Support Assistant to work with our wonderful pupils in our Enhanced Specialist Provision for EYFS pupils. You will: Be a kind, caring person, who knows that children learn best in an inclusive environment. Have experience in working with children with different learning needs, particularly experience of working with children with speech, language and communication differences, and those with an autism diagnosis. Be flexible and adaptable. Have experience of how to use creative and innovative strategies to engage children in school life and learning. Have patience and resilience when dealing with children who demonstrate challenging behaviours. Have excellent communication skills. Be able to work individually and as part of a team.
