Issue Resolution and Care: Swiftly resolving straightforward issues (such as mediating minor disagreements between children), administering basic first aid when necessary, and referring more serious matters to senior lunchtime staff. Safeguarding and Ethos: Upholding our responsibility to safeguard and promote the welfare of children, complying strictly with policies relating to child protection, health and safety, security, and confidentiality. About You We are looking for a highly organised and collaborative professional who: Possesses strong operational, administrative, or technical expertise relevant to the school environment.
