You will efficiently manage the operations of the Bridge provision, coordinating lesson work for students by liaising directly with teaching staff and producing specialized resources (e.g., for Anger Management or Social Skills). Key administrative duties include assisting the Inclusion Co-ordinator with special needs procedures and producing individual reduced timetables for students. You will administer and assess routine tests, invigilate exams, and act as a crucial point of contact for vulnerable students, the EWO, and parents. Furthermore, you will manage initiatives like the 'Behaviour for Learning' programme and SEN Raising Boys' Achievement.
