Sprinkler Fitter Supervisor (Nights)

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor with a strong background in sprinkler installation and maintenance to join a major project at Heathrow Airport. Working on a night shift basis, you will oversee mechanical and sprinkler works, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Supervise mechanical and sprinkler installation activities on site. Coordinate and manage operatives, subcontractors, and suppliers. Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with project specifications, health & safety regulations, and airport requirements. Monitor progress and productivity to meet programme deadlines. Conduct site inspections and quality checks. Complete site reports, permits, and relevant documentation. Liaise with project management and other trades to ensure smooth project delivery. Requirements Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor. Strong sprinkler systems experience is essential. Valid CSCS Card. Valid IPAF qualification. Valid SSSTS certification. Excellent understanding of health & safety procedures. Ability to lead teams and coordinate multiple work activities. 18-month employment contract.
