Key Responsibilities As a Field Service & Installation Technician, you will: Install, service, maintain, and repair Reval UK s assisted bathing products at customer sites throughout the UK, predominantly within care homes. Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently and professionally. Complete service reports, installation records, and documentation accurately and within agreed timescales. Comply with all customer site procedures, including health, safety, hygiene, and safeguarding requirements. Maintain company vehicles, tools, equipment, and warehouse areas in a clean, organised, and safe condition. Represent Reval UK professionally at all times, delivering an exceptional customer experience. Travel throughout the UK, including occasional overnight stays when required. Skills & Experience Required Essential Full, clean UK driving licence. Confident driving a Luton box van fitted with a tail lift. Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills. Excellent customer service and communication abilities. Good organisational and planning skills. Competent using iPads, smartphones, email systems, and electronic testing equipment. Ability to work independently and manage workload
