Level 3 Early Years Practitioner 40 hours per week, all year round Permanent We are looking for an experienced and Level 3 qualified Nursery Practitioner to join our friendly and supportive team. As a key member of our nursery team, you will take on a key worker role, supporting children’s development, wellbeing and learning in a warm, stimulating and nurturing environment. No two days are the same and this is a varied and rewarding role where you’ll play a vital part in helping children thrive and reach their full potential. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality care and early years education tailored to each child’s developmental stage Plan and provide engaging learning experiences and activities Observe, assess and record children’s progress, producing well-written reports Support children’s physical, emotional, social and cognitive development Maintain a safe, clean and inclusive environment in line with policies and procedures Build strong, professional relationships with parents and carers Support children with additional needs and contribute to care planning Promote safeguarding, health, hygiene, and wellbeing at all times Support colleagues, including apprentices and junior staff About You Qualified to Level 3 in Childcare (or equivalent) Knowledgeable about child development and early years standards Warm, enthusiastic and passionate about working with young children Organised, reliable and a strong team player An excellent communicator with children, colleagues and families At Loughborough Nursery, we are committed to providing a nurturing and inspiring environment where children can thrive.
